The finished cowl has hundreds of very small domed rivets glued to the cowl surface using medium CA glue.
Marked for 18 rocker arm blisters.

Blisters glued in place using five minute epoxy.
Added one pound of lead shot to top & bottom of cowl to bring N450SH into balance
Removing excess fiberglass
Lead painted black
Eighteen blisters cut out & sanded to shape.
Domed rivets glued to blisters
Air scoop & hatch added

Heavy fiberglass tape epoxied over mounting holes for reinforcement
Painted edge to match cowl
